KH Rewrite-New World

Once on the gummi ship, Donald and Goofy took their spots in their seats and sighed. Roxas sat in the pilot seat just Sora sat down and leaned against the chair with his eyes shut. Donald fell asleep instantly while goofy was staring at the keyblade master with concern. The brunette was awake but looked ready to pass out any second while the blond looked exhausted. Goofy got up and patted his shoulder.
"I can drive," Goofy grinned.
"..you sure?" Roxas asked as he got up and let Goofy take his place.
"Yep, you can sleep while I'll drive," the dog said as he sat down.
Roxas sat in the back seat and smiled as he closed his eyes. "alright, I'm trusting you." Goofy just grinned again before driving towards their next destination.

Chapter 19
New World, Arrival

Sora groaned lightly as he woke up first. Donald was driving with Goofy and Roxas asleep in the back. The duck shot a glance towards him and smiled as he greeted him. The brunette nodded slowly before fixing his posture. A new, strange world was ahead of them and he looked from it to the map that Donald had pulled out. Normally Atlantica would be there, so why wasn't it there? The keyblade master looked up at his friend who stared back at him before looking back at the new world before looking back at each other.
"...I'd say go there but I have a bad feeling about that world," the duck said. "you?"
"So do I, something tells me that we shouldn't go there," he said.
The ship stopped suddenly. "what just happened!" Donald tried to all the buttons he could but nothing worked. "Donald, do something."
"I'm trying!" Donald yelled as the ship started to move on its own. "what's going on."
Sora looked at the new world and grimaced. "some thing tells me that this world doesn't intend to let us have a say in where we choose to go." Donald grimaced and the ship jolted as the speed picked up. "I hate being right. Guys...guys!" both Goofy and Roxas slowly woke up and looked at him, confused. "we got a problem."
"What?" the blond asked, sitting up straight.
"Seems there is a new world that is dragging us in," Donald informed them, trying to make the ship work again. "nothing is working. We have no power at all!"
Goofy grimaced. "at this speed Donald..." "we may crash, I know Goofy," Donald yelled. "I'm trying to avoid that!"
The ship jolted again and sped up even more and when the world was too close for comfort, everyone shut their eyes and held on tight.

Slowly, Donald came to and instantly felt something cold against his face. When he cracked open his eyes, a white powder was under him and he sat up slowly as he blinked away his blurred world. It cleared at last and he looked around. The ship was a few feet from him and in fine condition and he thanked Cid for upgrading the armor before they left Hollow Bastion. Turning away from the ship, the duck looked around to see nothing but snow and trees but the forest around him had an ominous aura about it. Like it was hiding something from the world around and strange feeling like he was being watched carefully came over him followed by a cold eerie chill as he stood. When he looked around, he was alone surrounding by trees with no signs of life aside from himself. The duck took one step forward and as if he pressed a switch, sounds of howling, mumbled moans and groans and breathing started to sound off in the distance. Donald looked around, feeling uneasy as he tried to located what he was hearing as worry and fear crept up his spine.
"Roxas! Sora!" Donald yelled into the air. "Goofy!"

Moaning as he woke, Goofy felt a cold, yet soft feeling against his face. He blinked slowly, still on the ground and stared at the snow that lay under him before sitting up and looking around. Sounds of howling, distant voices, moaning and groaning were going off as he slowly stood and took in his surroundings. Nothing but white as far as the eye could see with trees that stretched a few feet from him. It was the entrance to a forest, one that was giving off a very dark ominous aura. He felt like something was watching him from the trees and slowly started to walk towards as he summoned his shield. Even if it was small, he felt a little safer with it in front of him but that feeling faded when he entered the woods and started look around and behind him as he walk forward. The distant echoing voices and howling made the terror and fear rise in him and whenever a low moan went off, it made him shake in terror but he still went forward. He had to find Sora, Roxas and Donald and then they had to find the ship and see what the damage was. Odds were, they had crashed and that either meant severe damage or none at all to the gummi ship.
"Sora! Roxas! Donald!" Goofy yelled. "guys, are you out there!"

Roxas winced and groaned as he came to. The sound of howling wind, distant echoing voices, moans and groans were the first things he heard before he opened his eyes slowly and shot up. The blond looked around at the forest of trees around him as he stood, wiping the snow off his body as he did. It was still snowing which only added to his uneasiness. He saw no one in the clearing surrounding by the trees. It was just snow. No sign of the ship or anything. The worry for everyone's well being, plus the fact that he was creeped out by the eerie silence didn't help when he had a sudden feeling that something or someone was watching him from amidst the trees. Hidden by shadows where he couldn't quite see them clearly. Roxas looked around as he tried to decide which direction to go in only to hear the snapping of a twig and whirl towards the source behind him. A shadow moved and he summoned Oblivion out as protection before slowly walking towards the source. Cursing the distant voices and howling wind for being major distractions.
"Hello?" he said. Another twig snapped on his left and he turned to see another shadow move away. "...I don't have time for this. I need to find everyone." Roxas sighed as he looked around. "the question is...where to start looking?"

Walking around, Donald sighed as he felt uneasy about the ship still. It was still in prime condition and now just floating there in the clearing. Leaving it there though in such an eerie place made him feel scared. What if whatever was watching him got on and they left without knowing it? What if some Heartless got on and attacked them when their guards were down? There was just too many risks to think about, didn't help that the voices and sounds were still going. At one point, he stopped and went to yell but the second he did, a twig snapped and made him jump as he turned the direction of the sound. He saw nothing though but movement caught his eye and made Donald turn but still see nothing. Now he was moving again with no intentions of stopping at all. The duck wanted to find his friends and leave this world. Since the time he woke up to now, no Heartless or Nobodies had shown up. There was something about this world, something different. It was like it had some powerful spell protecting it that or a dark force was keeping the Heartless and Nobodies at bay and he didn't blame them at all. It was creepy and made him feel out of place. Endless white, no signs of life or his friends, it seemed more like one of those worlds where one would go to die and not be found. Like a how a cat would die, go off and disappear, never to be found again. The duck sighed as he kept walking around, listening for any sounds or voices that sounded familiar. Even after a few more minutes of walking though, he heard nothing but the same sounds that started up when he took a single step. "Donald! Roxas! Sora!" an echoing voice in the distance came. It was low and he didn't hear it at first but slowly, the volume and names got louder and he guessed that it was Goofy.
"Goofy!" he yelled back. "is that you?" the duck stopped walking as he listened once again before looking around. Stopping was a bad idea in his mind but he needed to wait until he met up with Goofy and moving around usually didn't help.
"Donald, is that you?" the voice asked, getting louder.
"Yes! Is that you Goofy?" the duck yelled.
Silence. "yes, sorry but its hard to hear ya. Where you?" Goofy was getting louder.
"Keeping going, you are getting louder!!"
"So are you!!"
The duck and Goofy kept exchanging where are you and trying to direct the dog to the duck's location and after a few minutes. Goofy spotted Donald and ran over.
"There you are, have you seen Sora or Roxas?" he asked.
Donald shook his head. "no not at all, this forest is large and I can't find anyone. You are the first one I was able to track down."
"I hope they're alright," Goofy sighed.
"Let's go find them Goofy," the duck declared. Goofy nodded.

The blond looked around the forest as he walked through the dense trees. He was sure now that there was something watching him, following his every move. He'd see nothing though, which only made him believe that he was going insane. He kept on walking, despite what he felt or thought. Intent on finding his lover, Donald and Goofy to regroup, then find and possibly leave. He had seen no Heartless or Nobodies appear. Usually, there would be a horde of the creatures attack them, separate or not, at random times when they thought it was safe. Here, not one single attack or even an appearance. It just made the eerie quiet world more eerie. Ignoring the sounds and distant voices though, he focused on trying to locate any sounds of anyone of the three he was looking for. His main concern was Sora though. With that illness, along with the crash, the odds of damage were high that or death and even then he couldn't help but be more worried about the keyblade master. He was living proof that one could become a love sick puppy and Roxas didn't care at all. If asked, he was willing to freely admit that he was head over heels for Sora. The snapping of a twig made him turn towards the direction it came from but again he saw nothing and sighed.
"I have...officially lost it," he groaned. "that or...there is something there and I can't see it..." Roxas walked forward again, noticing movement from the corner of his eyes. 'I was right then. There is something there...the question is...is it friendly?' He pretended not to notice and went on walking anyways.
"Roxas! Sora!" a voice shouted. Roxas stopped and listened. "Guys, where are you!"
The blond looked around. "Goofy, Donald is that you!"
"Yeah, who is this!" they yelled.
"Roxas, where are you?" he yelled back.
"Stay there and keep talking, we'll come to you!"
After awhile of them yelling back and forth at one another, Goofy and Donald finally found him and he waved at them as they walked up to him. Only to sigh when they said they had seen no sign of his lover at all. Not even a peep out of the keyblade master either. It only made all three worried about what happened to their friend. The conditions of this world weren't very welcoming or cold and to have an illness along with the weather, not a good combination.
"Look, we need to find Sora and fast," Roxas sighed. "I don't want to imagine what will happen if we don't find him soon."
"But where can we look? This place is lifeless," Donald groaned.
"I'm sure we can find some form of life, we just gotta keep looking," Goofy stated.
The blond nodded. "yeah..." he looked behind him with an odd look. "let's get moving."
